Ausführung: Stabiler Spezialbohrer, profilgeschliffen, rechtsschneidend, mit präzisem Spitzenanschliff sowie weiten Spannuten mit stark gerundeten Rückenkanten. Ausspitzung nach DIN 1412, Form A. Seitenspanwinkel größer als normal, Kerndicke erheblich stärker als normal und ohne Kernanstieg.
Anwendung: Zum Bohren extrem tiefer Löcher bis 10 x D unter erschwerten Bedingungen wie z. B. bei schlechter Spanabfuhr und dadurch verursachter mangelhafter Kühlung der Bohrerspitze geeignet. Besonders für extrem tiefe Bohrungen in Grauguss und Stähle bis 1000 N/mm Festigkeit verwendbar. Ausnahme: CrNi-Stähle, INOX-Stähle.
